GoTripzi ("we", "us", "our") provides destination discovery and booking links to third-party partners.

2. What We Do (and What We Don't)

GoTripzi is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider. We recommend destinations and link you to third-party sites (e.g., Skyscanner, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, DiscoverCars, WelcomePickups) where you complete bookings under their terms and privacy policies.

We act solely as a recommendation and referral service. All bookings, payments, and customer service are handled directly by our partners.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on our site are affiliate links—if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Disclosures appear near relevant links/buttons.

4. Prices, Availability, and Accuracy

We try to keep content current, but prices and availability change frequently and may differ once you visit partner sites. Destination information is provided for general guidance only.

Important: Always verify prices, dates, and terms directly on the partner's website before completing any booking. We are not responsible for pricing errors, availability changes, or outdated information.

5. Third-Party Services

When you follow a booking link, you leave GoTripzi. Your booking is governed by the third party's terms, privacy policy, cookies, and customer-service processes.

We don't control or guarantee:

• Third-party inventory, pricing, or fees
• Service quality or cancellation policies
• Customer support responsiveness
• Refund or dispute resolution

Any issues with bookings must be resolved directly with the respective partner.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download our content or destination database
• Use automated requests that overload or interfere with the site
• Reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, design, text, images, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Under EU consumer law, unfair contract terms are not binding on consumers.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
